      1. There is no action/ action does not produce any good result. 2. Manager trying hard to abuse you mentally without any valid reason, also, relate your personal to abuse you mentally.

      Pros

      quite good basic salary, very friendly workmates, flexible working hours. a lot and a lot of benefits

      Cons

      some department quite understaffed, not a lot of fresh graduates presence. no built in foodstores or restaurants (only water dispenser, vending machines and pantry, need to go outside to eat or bring your own food) Very limited parking and need to pay for outside parking (if not will be fined by Penang Council)
