Very good - Analyst KLH Consulting Employee Review

Working at KLH was a great ride in my career. I started as a Receiving Clerk and a Maintenance Person around the facility. The CEO saw my drive and allowed me to work part time while finishing school at Empire College. When I finished I started working at the help desk and quickly excelled to Field Tech. For ever learning I was given the opportunity to Grow and later in my career I discussed my passion for Security with the management. I was later interviewed and given a promotion to Network Operations Engineer. There is growth for those who earn it and work for it. Most of the people In the comments I have worked with and they showed sub par work ethic and just enough to get by mentality. Soni and the management see this and hold meeting to try to correct issue facing staff for improvements. I left KLH for better benefits and to become a Cyber Security Analyst. KLH gave me the tools I needed to succeed, College reimbursement for those who need it, Certification Reimbursement for those who want to excel. I really love and miss the people and the challenges of the job. Not all techs are cut out to be consultants. During the Wild Fires Soni and Hub opened their home and office for staff members who were displaced to have a warm\cool place to sleep, shower, and stay. There is so much love for her employees, don't let fired employees say you because they are mad and want to leash out. If you need a day off most of the time it can be given with little notice unless there is a reason. They don't say no because they can. KLH gave me the Opportunity to grow to the Engineer\Analyst I am today.

Benefits need to be better For a family of four I was paying 1100 a month for Medical and Dental.

Team is quite nice, managers own their issues
