Pros

Good work, One can enjoy the nature of work here, challenging real-time programming. Learning curve is really broad but everything depends on individual efforts. Can get a chance to work upon some good & expensive tools like JMS, ILOG-JRules, WMB, Informix etc. One can get the attractive salary here because this is the only thing that they can give you.

Cons

Long list starts from... 1).Hopeless senior Management. 2).Pathetic administration and HR dept. 3).No transparency in policies. 4).Negative enviornment. 5).No proper assignment of tasks that leads to only frustration. 6).HR dept doesn't know the meaning of employee satisfaction & employee welfare. 7).Salary never comes on time. sometimes 1 or 2 months delay.(Its difficult to digest but its truth) 8).Situated at remote location, very difficult to reach there.(No public transport available). 9).No cab facility/security is provided by company, even the nearby area is known for criminal activities very well. 10).No arrangements for transport & dinner are there for guys who works late night occasionally.(Only for company/product) 11).Unfair HR policies are there just to exploit employees. 12).No work-life balance. 13).No Air - conditioning in summer (due to cost cutting) 14).No Tea/Coffee (even sometimes drinking water) 15).No stationary 16).No soap & tissues in toilets.

Got the opportunity to work with a state power distribution company and Prepare blueprint for the entire business processes .

Pros

After thinking a lot i am not able to write much but one thing that is sure about this company is that they have very good projects in hand. Also their business vertical & its challenges are very promising.

Cons

This company is an "owner driven" company. All the decisions from lowest to highest level are solely taken by single person. The management doesn't know the importance of their employees, they can fire any employee at any moment without any excuse. There are plenty of examples in the history of KLG. So there is no question of job security at all. HR department is a dummy department & again all the decisions & policies are drafted by the owner only. All the HR policies are for the favour of company not for employees. They want to make money by exploiting employees because they are proven failures in their area. Again basic needs like lunch, refreshments, transportation, security and salaries are some of the major concerns in KLG. Most of the time employees are worrying about their salaries only. Financial condition of company is very scary.
