Pros
Company is a very comfortable and engaging place to work. During my years of employment here, there have been continual opportunities for advancement and learning. The company is family-owned which results in a close-knit and friendly atmosphere. The atmosphere is the complete opposite of working for a huge public company that does not know its own employees or care about their development and ideas.
Cons
After several years of working at KGP, I really do not have anything negative to say about the company. Sure there are challenges and busy periods, but I am very content with my position.
