      Free food Flexible shifts Easy to work loads of hours Excellent training programs

      Cons

      Pay as a shift manager is set and you work hours upon hours a year unpaid. If i was on a salary this wouldnt have bothered me. Lack of fulltime positions

      It got to be fun to see how fast we could get on the drive thru, we ended up being the fastest team in our district! My manager was really great at getting us to have fun as a team, and to leave our bs about working fast food at the door.

      Basic service industry stuff. Nothing extraordinary.
