Can't get family events off such as weddings, religous holidays etc off (unless booked 7-8 months in advance) Rude senior staff who will degrade you in front of everyone Understaffed and they refuse to hire during certain periods, whilst I was there 30 people had left the department not a single person was replaced which increased the workload by double the amount Extremely poor absence policy Don't praise you for the work you do but anytime you do something wrong they try tear you apart. 30 mins lunch breaks... Even prisoners get an hour. I would stay as far away as possible.
