Pros
(from staff member, not corps member) *Management and leadership team are very responsive to employee needs, try to be very accommodating *Great work/life balance (as long as you are firm and are non-exempt/hourly) *Pay is low, but competitive for this type of non-profit *Friendly staff, remote work
Cons
*No room for growth: limited upper level positions means that there are no promotions or real room for advancement *Little oversight of employees, sometimes it would be better to have managers actually keeping track of what employees are doing
