I've been working as a CS Agent for so long and most companies tend to neglect the health of their agents. Sometimes, some will even question why you have to take a leave of absence for health or personal matters, but with Jumpcut, they understand if you need to take a break even if it's as simple as being tired or lacking sleep (because sometimes, you're just at your limit). One of the many best things in Jumpcut is the flexible hours. If you're a single parent or just someone who's looking after a family member, then just notify your manager if you'll be late for your shift or if you need to adjust your schedule for the day. Another thing I definitely consider a pro is how understanding the company is of your situation. They'll be just and fair to you so long as you communicate what happened. Bottom line: I love working for Jumpcut!
