Pros
Worked with some awesome people and built some great friendships over the years! The events and perks were great, The flexibility and work life balance were great too, until they weren’t.
Cons
Where do I start? Jump Plus has changed dramatically over the years—sometimes for the better, but often for the worse. The company suffers from micromanagement from upper management, high employee turnover, and a questionable commission structure. No matter how hard you work or how loyal you are, Jump Plus fails to recognize the positive contributions of its employees. Instead, they focus on penalizing staff, exploiting their weaknesses, and emphasizing their flaws. Both upper and lower management have become increasingly unsupportive and disengaged, often ignoring employee concerns. Issues that are brought to their attention are either dismissed or addressed too late to make any meaningful difference. This lack of support leaves employees feeling undervalued and unmotivated. The work environment has also become increasingly toxic. Unrealistic expectations, poor communication, and a lack of transparency create unnecessary stress for staff. Employees are often left in the dark about key decisions or changes, which further erodes trust in management. Overall, while Jump Plus may have once been a great place to work, it is now a company where employees feel undervalued, unsupported, and expendable. Significant changes in leadership and culture would be necessary to turn things around.
