Thank you for your post. Given your tenure here at Jumio, you have most certainly seen a lot of change within the company and the market. We take your comments and feedback very seriously and would like to respond to them.
First we agree … the innovation and product direction is very exciting and our performance and growth tells us that we are delivering what the market and our customers want and need. We have a large global customer base testing and using these products 24/7 and partnering with us in pushing innovation even further. Your comment inferring that we are losing large customers does not align with our extensive customer data and insights, and we strongly encourage you to raise all concerns with anyone in the Jumio team so that we can respond expeditiously as needed.
We also want to address your comments on morale and leadership. You are correct, we have seen changes in our executive leadership team. These changes are part of our journey to grow and scale Jumio to deliver on our mission of making the internet a safe place and to eradicate fraud. These changes have been made to bring in experienced leaders in this phase of our growth to ensure we have the knowledge and expertise to deliver on our potential. We are most certainly a fast-paced, highly innovative organization best suited to those who thrive on change and enjoy the challenges of creating new markets and driving industry-impacting initiatives. Our employee satisfaction surveys show very high and growing levels of engagement and the feedback from all employees tenured and new is that they enjoy and appreciate a very transparent culture and regular clear communications on strategy and direction. Additionally, over 90% of our corporate employees are shareholders and we believe strongly that our people are the face of our company, our people drive the innovation and success of our technology and of our customers, and therefore our people should share in the ownership of that success.
