During the transition into the Offshore Oil and Gas sector there was a lot of MOC to comply with client HSE requirements. Unfortunatey the company did not have sufficient buy in from senior managers and created KPI's that did not reflect the reality in the fleet.

Good equipment and vessels probably one of the best in the industry
