Not ideal - Anonymous employee Juma Ventures Employee Review

Organization that has an ego & treats themselves way bigger than they are. I witnessed an executive team that dismisses needs of frontline staff, fail to hear and act on needs, only rewarding those who work at headquarters and ignoring the rest. VERY top heavy organization that favorites a selected few and fails to invest in its core staff and potential. HR is non-existent/effective when staff raise needs for change and often don’t even get acknowledged. Many misleading propositions, growth promises that creates an unmotivated culture across the company. Would not return/recommend.
