Pros

It was a great place to work a few years ago before all the smart people starting leaving

Cons

Poor leadership, learning bad habits instead of good ones High turnover, losing more and more talented people Shortsightedness - projects require you to 'drop everything' then never see the light of day due lack of big picture vision from team leaders and communication between departments Bad culture stemming from inexperienced/performative People & Culture team who spend more time on speakers, events and patting themsleves on the back than doing anything meaningful to remedy the big issues Lost sight of why they exist - ticking boxes instead of focusing on relationships, looking more and more like a big bank but without any of the perks that come with working at one

Our culture is something we’re proud of and always working to strengthen – in fact it’s pivotal to the way we do business. If something’s not working, we want to know so we can improve. We’d really appreciate the chance to understand more. If you're open to it, we welcome further conversation—whether directly, through a trusted colleague, or anonymously.
