There is an ever growing disconnect at the “corporate” level vs. members that work in the plants. Double speak is seen often. Tout great culture and want members to have work life balance but then just demand more overtime.
This has just been exacerbated with the pandemic with most “corporate” folks working from home.
Decisions made at this level often do not set up plants for success.
It saddens me to write this because it wasn’t always this way.
