The people here are really great. Have nothing bad to say about anyone on an individual basis. JB has tons of potential. Ability for remote work is pretty good.

Lacks any real leadership. The Company has grown unbelievably - but still operates with a small company mind set and not in a good way. No process or SOP's in place. In short, it is utter chaos in the back office. Communication is terrible.
