Pros
Very interesting work and hybrid flexibility. Some fun company dinners and holiday celebrations. I liked my team. An interesting opportunity to work alongside physical infra directly.
Cons
Overworked, understaffed, high turnover with lots of quitting. Somehow decided to lay people off anyway despite said understaffing. Regular weekend work. Poor work-life balance. Bare minimum PTO, holidays, and sick time. No budget for QA, no investment in good engineering practices or principles, which caused regular off-hours work. Unclear expectations. I sometimes heard people cussing other employees out in the office. Security team thought that git bash was a security vulnerability. You will put in a lot of hard work and get eliminated anyway. Avoid.
