Pros

Nothing good can be said about the business and those in management positions. If I can rate this lower than a 0 I would. The only pro I can say is that us recruitment consultants all bonded over our mutual hatred for this place.

Cons

- An extremely toxic work environment with a culture of fear and shaming. Employees are required to present weekly results/targets with all the branches only to be publicly criticised or shamed. - Unrealistic expectations with little guidance. Employees are blamed for underperformance regardless of circumstances. - 2 weeks of "training" which consisted of powerpoint presentations being read at you and minimal hands on training. Revolving door of new staff and when you're one month into the role, you're expected to train other staff and be shadowed by them. - Management often responded to any questions in a condescending or dismissive manner, making it difficult to learn and feel supported in the role. - Staff are not given training to support vulnerable job seekers and management largely lacks empathy, viewing people as KPIs rather than individuals facing serious challenges. - HIGH turnover, with staff rarely ever lasting beyond 2 months - Lacked any real company culture. No team spirit, shared values, or sense of community. Forced social activity that seems performative

Pros

Working with a great team, Regional Managers are very knowledgeable and help with any issues I have

Cons

We have some turnover of staff, but I think they were not suited to having empathy for participants anyway, but I have some new recruits that are fantastic now
