Outdated property management software. Homemade excel software. Couldn't mult-task while on it such as have any other app opened. God forbid it glitches, they blame you. Owner emails are all cap and bold like they are screaming at you through email. Unrealistic expectations. Managers at other properties are related to supervisor, you know how that goes. Huge roach/bb issues across the board, if your not performing up to their unrealistic standard there's no discussions or warnings to notify you so you get a chance to improve. Regional Assistants are involved during private personnel discussions. Never seen that.
