      Initial excitement and support from recruitment through hire date.

      Cons

      Complete lack of support when dealing with the prime contractor, and their lack of training and support. Constant delays with job dependent credentials. Little communication on efforts to provide solutions to problems.

      Great family oriented company. Driven to grow as an employee. I feel included in all facets of the company, mission statement, and objectives.
