Good Salary , Easy going for selected few. No real work pressure as target date is dynamic. No punishment / censor for blunders. Lot of scope for experimenting at Company's expense.
Cons
Poor Planning, Bad HR, Work culture Poor, Bad Location and weather. Congested with mediocre or less intelligent officers. . There is no policy for salary & perks. Personal Whims of individuals work as the Policy. Company does not pay the dues fully at the time of resignation.
