Supportive place to work - Anonymous Jewish Association on Aging Employee Review

Pros

In my experience, management has been supportive, caring, and invested in our success. My coworkers are a dream to work with, and there's very little drama. Everyone just wants to do the best job possible.

Cons

The highest annual merit increase available (3%) is extremely difficult to get, and closer to a cost-of-living raise than a meaningful reward for excellent performance. For many departments there are no real opportunities for advancement or professional development. Agency-wide communication could use a lot of work.
