Pros

Flexible roster, staff travel benefits, lots of annual leave.

Cons

Whole management team is run by incompetent people who are not qualified to be in management role. 80% has no degree or relevant skill set to be managing the crew and morale is always low. Management will only promote people they like, even if they are very incompetent and can't do their job. The management also cannot take criticism and will stoop very low to spread rumours to bring down a person they do not like. Very childish behaviour. Salary is low too. Basically just an air waitress.
