Given the nature of many jobs and the connection to flight safety at the company, it can be high-pressure at times. A need to work weekends may arise, especially where safety is concerned. It is a large company, so many jobs carry different levels of pressure, but in my experience, testing flight navigation solutions that are mission-critical to pilot operations will likely compel an employee to put in some extra time to ensure a sound solution that helps pilot and for that matter passenger safety for in flight operations.
