• Lowballed on my offer letter by $20k from the initial conversations to align salary with "current employees" which was a lie • Extremely unorganized, good luck finding anything you need • Cross-functional collaboration is non-existent - no one here does anything, so if you need something from another team, good luck • Finance team is the worst I've ever worked with - not a single person in that department should have a job, they never work, are extremely lazy, and always make mistakes. Had several clients leave because of how dysfunctional they are • There is no management or leadership, they claim to have this "unique progressive" approach to business but that's a joke • My boss was worthless, never responded to my messages or request for help, but was quick to pounce on me if I was behind or made a mistake. Also always used her baby as an excuse The icing on the cake was being unexpectedly laid off because of "budget restraints", after being told several times we had nothing to worry about. Then later that week they announce a company acquisition and throw a party. If you see these reviews and still move forward, I feel sorry for you. You're going to have a terrible time.
