- Cross-team communication seems oddly discouraged even though it would make everyone's jobs easier.
- HR is extremely slow at managing contracts and renewals causing a lot of employee stress.
- Does not value anything in an employee other than speed and compliance.
- Lost a lot of great people and have been cutting positions a good amount too.
