Pros
The team is quite lean and effective, which means you're given a lot of responsibility and opportunities to learn right off the bat. There's also strong leadership from the top, who have shown to make smart decisions as the company continues to grow. Also, the gear is great!
Cons
A natural downside of having a small but lean team is that sometimes things can get busy in your domain and you don't have as much support as you would in a larger organization.
