Long commitment hours and challenging work life balance. Staffing/manpower challenging, energy draining. A job to move forward after some time. The company is still a work-in-progress to give customers the best experience in spite 5-6 years existence. There is plenty of room for improvement to facilitate smooth operations and good working condition for staff. Check list of obstacles needs to be overcome in order to set staff especially valuable talents for success, happiness and loyalty. Staff has to have Food Hygiene cert or self-sponsor in order to work. Challenge to synchronised mind and heart. Balance of realism, efficiency and quality is a work in progress. A lot of multitasking juggling, lack of focus to complete any task meeting deadlines well or at all.
