      Pros

      Christmas bonus. Holiday pay and accrued vacation pay. Valentine appreciation Summer potluck lunch parties Managers were awful until others were hired in April. Great swing into comradery and kindness. Company growing and job security because of too much work.

      Cons

      Low pay No sick or injury pay Poor training for CDK and other demands of Accounts payable Back biting at first also, because of work demand. Huge messes with paper work and new companies coming Montana and Oregon

      Drama, and backstabbing, seem to be the norm. If you don't fit in good luck. Insurance sucks unless you live in Utah.
