Pros
When I worked there, for the most part, overtime was easy to get and you could make very good money if you wanted to work for it. I also met some awesome people who became my work friends and family.
Cons
Everyone is stressed from the top down which makes for some very on edge managers. You are always at work during the season and can get burnt out because the hotel is understaffed for the business that they are accommodating. Upper management can have some wildly unrealistic expectations from staff forgetting that people are human and not machines.
