      Senior staff / employees are great teachers and you can learn so much, not only about the work/tasks, etc but integrity and honesty.

      If you're personality is not conforming, top management will make it clear you don't belong.

      Not much room for growth currently some upper mgmt are extremely rude compensation is not worth the responsibility
