      Pros

      Good Company to work for 2-3 years to understand the Complex Integrated Steel Manufacturing Operations with good exposure to many ERP Packages like RAMCO,ORACLE,SAP etc for your learning.

      Cons

      Too much planning but very poor Execution Skills among leaders and peers.Company doesn't have the trust in talented people inside their own organization resulting in high turnover time in implementing any complex IT projects like ERP etc.

      Work Life Balance can be achieved Have some good managers and nice colleagues

      Cons

      No Employee benefits No employee engagement program HR Department is literally non existent Management orientation only towards the bottom line No T&D programs organised from Company Side
