The job listing says 9-hour shifts. In reality, expect 11-12 hours, with no acknowledgment that this is beyond scope. Overtime is treated as the norm, not the exception. No work-from-home flexibility whatsoever, even in situations where it would be completely reasonable. Leave even a couple of hours early for a legitimate reason and be prepared for passive-aggressive comments or outright confrontation from management. The most alarming part: if you resign during your probation period, they withhold your salary for the days you've already worked.
