Pros

Tim is thee best dispatcher!

Cons

A Horrible Company to work for! I was warned about this company before I started working for them. So I thought I would give a try for myself to see if anything that I heard was the truth (and it was) I had to experience it for myself. NOBODY at that company is PROFESSIONAL! They don't have a professional bone in their body to survive. The company is ran poorly by the manager & the company is going down. A LOT of FAVORITISM!! I MEAN A LOT!!!! There's only 1 dispatcher his name is Timothy & accounting(Adriana I love them both) that actually have a brain. Once they lose Tim, the few 100 drivers (if that) that they have are going to leave right along with Tim. Everyone else there has no brain & can't think for themselves. Please don't decline an order (and you do have that right as an independent contractor), because if you do they will leave you on stand-by. Dispatch is known for taking orders away from drivers & giving them to their favorite drivers. If the restaurant request a driver for a catering order, if the dispatchers don't like the driver, they will give the "catering order/orders" to another driver. The company can't never keep drivers due to how the company is ran, and a lot of the drivers don't like the manager & how unfairly the drivers are being treated by the manager (they can't stand him). The dispatchers there talks to you like you're a kid, so the dispatchers get threatened a lot by the drivers. The few drivers that they do have are unhappy & are now working other jobs because as we (the drivers say) "JOLT is A JOKE!" So the company is ALWAYS short of drivers. If dispatch don't like you, you can hang it up. They will leave you on stand-by & lie to you and tell you their are no orders up when you see other drivers coming and going (they're in control of your money so be careful). The restaurants that they have contracts with aren't happy as well. The company doesn't have your back, they can careless about you as a driver. They only care & believe what the restaurants tell them & that's because they don't want to lose the few contracts that they have with these restaurants. You have to kiss & do favors in order to get orders. No incentives as a driver (Oh I forgot they will give you a slice of pizza for driving for them that's only once a year). Not to mention that you're tearing up your car working for them. The manager will lie to the owner (which I believe is prejudice to a certain extent) & the owner believes everything he says (don't even try to explain yourself to the owner because it's like talking to a brick wall!) They snort coke, get drunk, smoke weed, have sex, and do everything else up there. I wouldn't recommend working for them. "DRIVE AT YOUR OWN RISK IF YOU DECIDE TO WORK FOR THEM. JUST KNOW THAT YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!" Everything that I've stated are FACTS & things that I have saw with my own eyes(except for the sex part, but I was told by currently & past drivers that have actually had sex with a certain dispatcher up at that company). Driven for them has been an eye opening experience. And it's sad that the owner doesn't really know (he think he knows but he doesn't) what is going on with his company when he's not around. I know more than what the owner knows. I tried to speak with him about these things, and I tried to inform him about his manager, but he doesn't want to hear anything. And that's because over the year and half that I've driven for jolt, I've actually built relationships with these restaurants and drivers and I've have had restaurant managers and drivers express their frustration & concerns to me about this company. AGAIN this is MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE that I experienced while I was employed & driving as an independent contractor with this company. Door Dash & LA BITE is way better & PROFESSIONAL!!!
