Pros

Great benefits. Wonderful co-workers and hard working staff.

Cons

First real job I got during college. Worked myself to the bone for a year straight while being underpaid but was doing it for the experience. Burnt myself out doing anything and everything management wanted. Did my work with efficiency and accuracy so I was one of their more valuable employees since they paid me so little compared to the quality work I did. Applied for job with company A that contracted this one and company A asked for a review for me since they saw they already did business with one of my past employers. Totally shocked but not surprised I was given a negative review from management who only reward you apparently if you stab other people in the back or kissing butts which were two things I absolutely refused to do. So they'll throw you under the bus for their ineptness and say he isn't a good worker.

JNR Response

Thank you for your feedback. We always wish our employees well in their new endeavors and only release employee employment information after receiving a release from the employee. Currently, we have not had to give out any “would not rehire” statement so we are surprised by your response. We have an open door policy at JNR that extends after you leave the company. While we wish you would have spoken to someone about any issues you were having while you were here, we do invite you to have a conversation with our HR Department now as we are open to feedback good or bad. The HR team is always here for employees past or present, as are Jim and LuAnn. We thank you for all your hard work while at JNR and note that while we may not be able to pay the highest industry standard salaries, we provide many benefits for employees including continued training, generous PTO and a short day on Fridays to encourage a work/life balance. We also strive to provide an inclusive culture where everyone is valued. We take all feedback very seriously and want you to know that our Prepaid Department is going through many positive changes, including striving to have high performance and behavioral standards. Unfortunately, in that environment where we emphasize team over self with accountability to each other, there are people who are not going to fit into that culture. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Relaxed job, no stress and easy to learn. Duties were always considered on being as accommodating as possible in which an employee doesn't feel overwhelmed

Cons

Almost none, most of the job was comfortable

Pros

some of the clients were fun to work with

Cons

Ownership is terrible. They illegally spy on employees through their work computer. I had someone in IT say they took videos and screenshots of you and shared in private meetings. I should've sued but I did not as I had evidence from the IT person at the time. The pay was pathetic. Unless you're great at being fake and get in with the owners, you're going to hate your life. Also, I watched them cheat and steal from their clients and were not transparent on the cost of certain things with their clients.
