They make you work during your lunch hour to attend their meetings and trainings. Is that not against labor law? If you frown upon doing so they frown upon you. ghost jobs posted, no room for improvement, departments are not organized and leaves alot of room for discrepancies and later complain about something they could had fixed a while ago. no room for creativity, they use the word culture so much that it feels like if you are not part of their belief and the way they think or part of their so called group then they will not hire you. not organized at all, and make contractors feel like they are not welcomed.
