Pros
As many have shared - great benefits (not just major medical; dental, 401k, profit sharing) - but also free haircuts, business access to corporate aircraft and yachts; and major discounts on new Toyota, Scion and Lexus vehicles.
Cons
One must be patient to advance. Most departments are still very 'vertical' in how they are structured and you must put in your time, sweat and wait for a position to open above you. As benefits are strong (see above) - positions open slowly.
