      Salary is credited on time

      Cons

      No hybrid or work-from-home option at all • 1-year bond with very unfair conditions • Even after accepting the bond, you are not allowed to leave the company for the first 6 months • If you leave within 6 months, you must pay a huge penalty (₹1 lakh or based on your salary/hike) • After 6 months, the bond amount is reduced only to 60–70%, which is still very high • No clear discussion about expected salary during hiring • No appreciation for hard work; only mistakes are highlighted • Excessive micromanagement • Focus is more on control and management rather than actual work or employee growth • Overall very demotivating and stressful work environment

      1. Extremely poor communication within management 2. They don’t mention about the bond during interview (a big reason why a lot of previous employees have left) 3. Need better facilities and upkeeping of the facilities 4. No off sites or moral boosting programs for the employees. 5.unrealistic expectations set for employees
