Pros
There was flexibility with scheduling during the majority of the year and there was a variety of departments in which I was trained in and that I worked in. There was truly never a dull moment working there, and I loved my coworkers.
Cons
Management used to very very understanding and professional but once I got closer to the management team I realized how childish they can be, and what they truly think about their associates. They treat people like they're expendable and they never act like they care about the employees. They only pick favorites. I just wish the other managers would be more understanding of others and not jump to conclusions, and to stay consistent with their leadership styles.
