Soul sucking - Sales Associate JCPenney Employee Review

Pay isn't very good. Been with the company for over a year and absolutely no raise. Very strict managers at my location. Talking to other employees on the clock is not allowed. Visiting other employees off the clock is not allowed. Helping customers not in your department is frowned upon. Strict attendance policy. Being 6 minutes late carries the same punishment as not showing up at all. Overall during my time here I felt overworked and underpaid.
