It's a very easy job and the discount is nice. A lot of my coworkers are very friendly and sweet.
Cons
Management unable to schedule properly and picks favorites. No flexibility. You can remind them time and time again when you're not able to work but they will schedule you anyway. Inconsistent hours, one week you'll work 32, and the next you'll work 12. One more than one occasion I was scheduled for only 4.. Management unable to manage stress and acts unprofessionally and rude and bad mouths employees in the break room. The training is a joke.Lazy, self-entitled, coworkers, happens when most are high school girls. Politics. Pushy about credit card applications. Only rewarded when you get credit applications and sometimes surveys. Customers are able to scam us out of money and easily shoplift with the return policy and lack of security. Ageism and sexism. Someone who has been a loyal employee for 30 years gets treated awfully.
