Instant full-time employment if you can get the position. No junior rates so great for 17yo. Sometimes they accept you if this is your first job.
Cons
Definutely reluctant to hire females for labour positions which is unfair since some workers are great/would be great. There's a $1k referral bonus but they're super picky about who they hire through referral I feel bc of this. Depending what shift you're on you can be stuck in the container every night indefinitely. Promotions are scarce unless someone leaves. Even if you get a "promotion" don't expect to be paid it for 2mo or so whilst you're "training" even if you're well past competent.
