The core idea behind KIJA is actually quite good and has potential in the market. This potential, however, is completely squandered by the current leadership.

Appalling CEO/Founder Leadership: The CEO's management style is nothing short of disastrous. Decisions are made impulsively, with no clear strategy or foresight. Communication is non-existent, leading to constant confusion and frustration amongst employees. Feedback is ignored or met with hostility. Toxic Work Environment: The CEO cultivates a culture of fear and intimidation. Employees are constantly walking on eggshells, afraid to speak up or offer suggestions. This stifles innovation and creativity. Lack of Professional Development: There are no opportunities for growth or professional development. Training is minimal, and any attempts to improve skills are actively discouraged. High Employee Turnover: Due to the toxic environment and lack of growth, employee turnover is exceptionally high. This constant churn further destabilizes the company and hinders progress. Broken Promises: Promises made regarding compensation, benefits, and promotions are rarely kept. Disregard for Employee Well-being: The CEO demonstrates a complete lack of concern for employee well-being. Burnout is rampant, and concerns about workload or work-life balance are dismissed.
