Pros

Young workers, tons of excitement is created in the morning and evening meetings, young attractive CEO and workers he hires for the most part. CEO was as positive as anyone you have ever met will be. Offers his home for workers to live in that are going through a rough time in life-this is all done for a purpose.

Cons

12-14 hour days, 6 day work weeks, no work/life balance, a lot of pressure to produce, 100% commission, independent contractors (his employees) run the risk of being arrested while selling make up on the street, intense manipulation, demeaning treatment, made numerous inappropriate passes at me and other female workers.

Pros

The Pros? You get paid cash daily and are able to make things happen. Close to the train station. Young crowd.

Cons

I have never seen such a group of people united in proudly declaring being "dirty street peddlers" WOW! I was only around for a couple weeks but was this the craziest group of people I have ever worked for? Yes. They are an odd bunch, a lot of energy to get excited about going out to sell make up on the streets every single day except Sundays. There is something off about the young CEO but I couldn't put my finger on it. I left when the money I should have been paid was short, not only for myself but for others. Their organization lacks a lot of structure. I was interviewing for a real job, while they thought I was out selling their make up because the buddy they send you out with was doing her own shaddy thing. Im glad I left and even happier I have my current job. Good luck to the people that have been there for close to a year. I read all the reports on the company too late. But hey I made my money and left, then again so did the boss, it was a 25-75 split. You do the math.
