Poor management - Anonymous employee J-K Network Services Employee Review

few months after graduated, I have tried my luck to work at JK Network, I have been eyeing this firm for many months but I am scared to fail because they seem to have high standard due to being a Japanese firm. After interview I got hired as admin, at first, it was not a bed of roses since there being fresh graduate at a corporate set up is challenging, everything is very new but after 3 to 6 monthsm, I was able to little by little understood my assignment and my role as admin,. My Trainer, My Coach and Ms. Supervisors are all tenured employee and they gave me the best advice and career guidance. I was able to meet the expectations and eventually recommended as Admin II.

Japanese firm is srict when it comes to working ethics like respect, humility and speed. We have to follow the Japanese style of work which means professional at all times as fresh graduate, this is challenging but you get used to is.

I started in 2021 as entry level admin HR under HR team. after few months, My Team leader recommended me to become HR admin II because of my proposals and monthly rewards as Top employee. I was very happy and accepted the job since its a great career growth, thankful for the experience i had in JK Network. we have Christmas basket and vacation leave which is higher than usual, it increases every year

There is target for promotion and thats difficult when your work changes but as time goes by, you'll get to used with your new duties.
