They care about the employees family. Making sure your life at home is good, as it will reflect life at work.
Cons
Limited communication with leadership can hinder progress in your career. They have a difficult time opening up to how times have changed in the engineering world. They are SLOW to adapt. There is also textbook nepotism constantly through out the company.
