I joined JF Electric just less than a year ago and couldn’t be happier. This was the best decision I have made. I’m in the office and have found the staff to be helpful and supportive. The Fowlers are wonderful caring people who give back so much to the employees. You see all the Fowlers on a regular basis and they stop and talk to employees, they don’t sit in big offices and stay out of touch with the staff or what is going on, they get involved. The company has great benefits, better health care benefits then I’ve ever had. They find unique ways to give back to the employees and are a big community supporter. I feel like my ideas have been listened to and not dismissed like so many companies tend to do.

The company has really experienced growth over the past 5 years and have hired a lot of staff. It can be difficult to keep long term employees content when they feel pushed out of their comfort zone by the change that occurs when companies grow and especially when they add staff. Often times people feel threatened and become discontent, you see some of that here. If employees would just stop and realize the growth is great for the company and the staff as it creates a great deal of opportunity they would be happier. New employees that have joined since I have are all very excited about the future of this company. It’s one to watch and be part of!
