Pros

The pros are very limited. Yes, the discounts were better than at other places, the hours were relatively accommodating and the ASSOCIATES were great.

Cons

There is a severe problem with management at the store I worked for. The first store director I had was rude, entitled and overall she thought she could treat her employees (and often times customers) like trash. The new store director that came in was no better. Management has no clue how to correctly treat their employees, they are always talk down to associates and use a very rude tone when addressing anything. That includes the regional manager as well. Overall it was a horrible experience for me.

Pros

There are a lot of talented, hardworking people at this company, which makes recent leadership decisions even more frustrating.

Cons

Communication around major organizational changes has been vague and inconsistent, leaving employees with significant uncertainty and little confidence in the direction of the business. Morale has declined considerably. Many employees feel that years of experience, performance, and institutional knowledge are being undervalued in favor of rigid policies and top-down decision making.
