Pros

Plenty of overtime during peak season

Cons

They tell you that if you work hard you will be hired at the end of the season but in reality the people who were great at their jobs(i packed over 1000 packages a day) did not recieve a job offer. In fact the employees who did the bare minimum around 465 package, who walked away from thier stations for 30 minutes at a time and supervisors knew about it, would often find supervisors talking to lesser skilled employees instead of asking them to do thier jobs recieved job offers. No employee that went above and beyond production recieved an offer...only the ones who I'm assuming they wouldn't have to promotw in the future recieved jobs. My advice to future employees is to juat do whatever you want, barely make production and you will definitely get hired. If you do the job to your best ability I can almost guarantee you will NOT get the job.

Pros

There are a lot of talented, hardworking people at this company, which makes recent leadership decisions even more frustrating.

Cons

Communication around major organizational changes has been vague and inconsistent, leaving employees with significant uncertainty and little confidence in the direction of the business. Morale has declined considerably. Many employees feel that years of experience, performance, and institutional knowledge are being undervalued in favor of rigid policies and top-down decision making.
