      Pros

      Wonderful team, supportive manager Most interaction with none team Members are very positive almost everyone wants to give a hand or help somebody with a question or support. Overall culture seems good it’s a bit more difficult to tell because of all remote work. I rely on my immediate team for the culture experience

      Cons

      Very hard to meet people and connect to find out about projects and who is doing what there’s a bit of silo action going on which is to be expected. Leaders should work on making sure that all of the teams are aligned and have met and have somehow connected with each other’s projects. See you sweet management doesn’t seem to have a lot of knowledge with day-to-day situation. I do think things are moving forward in a positive direction so I am still excited to work here

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      remote work. work with people from all over the world.

      too many changes and inconsistencies. constant worries about layoffs.
