You go to work and you're surrounded by a lot of smart and competent individuals that care about their job. It's easier to do great work when people care and you're provided a space in which you can excel.
Need better structure.
To much preference.
Some employees think they own the company and treat the rest in a horrible way, while management is aware and they do nothing.
No future or way to better yourself and definitely no opportunities to move up.
Pay is bad.
